Muntu Foundation Uganda (MFU) works to advance the health, safety and economic rights of Uganda’s marginalized individuals.

Expanding our understanding of SOGIE, and of personal differences, perspectives and experiences, challenges our biases. By educating ourselves, we learn to build bridges and what it truly means to be accepting.

We are currently open to receiving students, interns, human rights researchers and anyone interested in researching human rights through the lens of a Ugandan marginalized person.

Travor has a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Diplomatic Studies and over 12 years of passionate experience in activism.
Rebecca Najemba
Vice President
Rebecca is our champion for women’s rights. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Procurement and Logistics and has great experience in accounts and financial management.
